I know it's a huge web site and all, but image tags aren't exactly rocket science. Of course, using your private test.jwu.edu subdomain as the SRC doesn't help either.
Cell phones are out of control
Why am I paying $100/mo, again? There should be a plan for people like me. $5/mo for the account, $0.10 for every text/minute/MB/etc. Would still be less than what I'm paying now.

- Using your own language distances you from your audience
- Jargon doesn't get traction, just looks conceited
- Share language instead of trying to create a new one
